For our founder, a practicing pediatrician, that seed was planted in childhood—the simple dream of one day retiring to a farm. What began as a distant wish slowly evolved into a vision far greater than imagined: a journey into sustainable farming and agripreneurship. Life as a doctor was fulfilling, but the heart longed for the peace of the soil.
The turning point came during the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic. In those moments of isolation and uncertainty, a humble date fruit sparked a cascade of thoughts. A single bite led to questions: How much does this fruit cost in Middle East? Why is it priced differently in India? How much of India’s demand is met through imports?
A little research revealed the truth—India, despite its vast agricultural strength, imports the majority of its dates. The demand is high, the supply gap is enormous, and the opportunity undeniable. What started as curiosity soon grew into conviction. The spark had become a flame
A chance connection with a friends in Middle East, and through them, with local date farmers, added fuel to this vision. Soon, the dots began to connect. Rajasthan—with its arid climate, resilient soil, and centuries-old farming traditions—emerged as the perfect home for date cultivation. And for our founder, born in this very land, it felt as if destiny itself was calling.
With determination, collaboration, and the support of like-minded partners who shared the dream, the journey took root with beautiful team efforts. Step by step, the vision began to grow—slowly, steadily, and organically, just like the crops themselves.
